The Recruitment Process

1. Submit Your Application

Through our careers website or via our job posting platforms.
2. Initial Screening Interview with the Recruitment Team

Following the review of your application, and if your profile matches our expectations, a member of our Human Resources team will meet with you to discuss your background, experience, and motivation for joining us.
At Bvlgari Hotel Paris, we believe that excellence is built on both expertise and personality. We place great importance on meeting individuals whose mindset, values, and approach naturally align with the culture and spirit of our hotel
3. Interview with the Hiring Manager

If your application is successful following your interview with the Human Resources team, you will be invited to meet the Hiring Manager of the department you are applying to.
This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss your background, skills, and approach to service, in a spirit of mutual exchange and discovery.
A final interview with a member of our Executive Committee or with our General Manager will also be arranged.

Whatever the outcome of your interviews, you will receive feedback on your recruitment process.

A welcome email will be sent to you seven days before your arrival, including your onboarding programme.

Serving as a guiding thread throughout your first few months, it will introduce you to the key stages of your journey and help you become familiar with our teams and the world of Bvlgari Hotel Paris.
