Commitments & CSR
Since December 2024, Bvlgari Hotel Paris has had a CSR Committee composed of seven employees.
The objective of this committee is to actively support Bvlgari Hotel Paris’ CSR approach and contribute to a range of economic, social, and environmental initiatives.
We carry out various CSR initiatives:

Initiatives Supporting Children
- Collaboration with a school for children with intellectual disabilities located near the hotel, through workshops such as pasta making, cookie baking, alcohol-free cocktail preparation, and more.
- Annual participation in the “10km des Étoiles” charity race.
- Support for the “Les Petits Princes” association by helping to make the dreams of several seriously ill children come true

Quality of Work Life & Well-Being Initiatives
- Organisation of a Quality of Work Life Week, including well-being workshops for our team members, as well as meals prepared by our Restaurant and served in the hotel canteen, allowing our employees to enjoy the cuisine of our Executive Chef, Niko Romito.
- Celebration of our team members’ birthdays.
- Bvlgari Hotel Paris Running Club.
- Cocktails organised for our interns and apprentices.
- Visits to the Bvlgari boutique at Place Vendôme.
- Celebration of Housekeeping Week and other team initiatives.

Disability & Inclusion Initiatives
- Organisation of community lunches at a shelter supporting people experiencing social and economic hardship.
- Organisation of clothing collections.
- Partnership with the Maison des Associations of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, through initiatives such as hospitality conferences and career forums.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment: participation in events promoting inclusion and the recruitment of people with disabilities, such as DuoDay and SEEPH, as well as the promotion of our job opportunities on dedicated platforms.
